"We have been State Farm customers forever and have carried multiple policies with the agency. Being transparent for this review, our initial business was with a different agent and as this agent retired, Omar's office took over our policies. I will continue to sing their praises for always answering the call (or quickly returning calls) when we have questions, need quick assistance, or changes in our policies. Malek and Omar (and the rest of the team) always share knowledge and options based on our needs with business, vehicles, and property. I've appreciated the gold star treatment and ability to speak to a knowledgeable human with my agency. While the landscape has changed during off hours and the call in number to be an AI bot (which I understand) - there is nothing like having an agent office who values their customers and their needs. Thank you Omar, Malek, and team for your continued support and knowledge."

"I've been with state farm since 1991 and never had a problem until today when I tried to and a new car to my policy. The young lady i talked to could not help me and said to call back later. The young man I talked to was Malik and not only did he get my car registered but he did it in record time. There should be more people like him who doesn't mind doing great customer service.."

"Omar was recommended to me by my financial advisor I’m currently working with on buying a house, I’m only 25 so my insurance is still pretty high and i had other quotes that were just too high Omar and his team reached out to me and I answered couple questions and he gave me a quote I slept on it and then we setup a phone call meeting and he explained literally everything on my policy what I’m covered for so long story short I have progressive for my vehicle I pay $1,100 every 6 months Omar and his team got me a good deal and I’m more then half off and that for auto,life and home and everything is fully covered and plus some. If you really are struggling with paying every 6 months I definitely recommend Omar and his team I can’t believe how much I saved on my insurance and life and home and I’m only 25 years old so that right there explains everything on how good of a deal I got ! I highly recommended them I wish I had them sooner!!!"
